برعاية أ. د. إيناس عبد الدايم وزيرة الثقافة، نظمت الهيئة العامة لقصور الثقافة برئاسة المخرج هشام عطوة بفرع ثقافة البحر الأحمر بقيادة سوسن عبد الرحيم، بإقليم جنوب الصعيد الثقافى، عدد من الأنشطة الثقافية والفنية، حيث عقدت مكتبة الطفل والشباب بالقصير محاضرة بعنوان "ظاهرة العنف بين الأطفال .. أسبابها وطرق علاجها" حاضرها كمال عبد الوهاب وأشار إلى أن العنف أسلوب مكتسب، فلم يكن الإنسان عنيفاً بل إن عنف الآباء هو الذي يغرس العنف فى الأطفال، وعن أبرز الحلول أضاف أنه لا بد من إعادة الأسرة الترابط الأسرى أمام الطفل، ليخفف من أعبائه النفسية، وكذلك لا بد من الحوار البناء مع الطفل بدلا من ضربه أو تعنيفه.
أقام بيت ثقافة الحمراوين محاضرة بعنوان "الزيادة السكانية" بمدرسة البنات الاعدادية وتحدث محمد ابو المجد قائلا ان مشكلة الانفجار السكانى تؤثر بشكل كبير على الجانب الاقتصادي، هناك بعض الحلول تتمثل في نشر الوعي بين الأسر عن مخاطر الازدياد السكاني، ويكون ذلك عن طريق العديد من الندوات التي تقام في الأماكن العامة، وكذلك أن يدرس الأبناء ذلك في المدارس؛ حتى ينقلو تلك الفكرة وخطورتها إلى آبائهم، ومن ثم تعلق الفكرة في أذهانهم فلا يقعوا بمثل ما وقع به آباؤهم من قبل.وعرض مواهب فى الرسم للطفلة شهد على.
بث قصر ثقافة حلايب محاضرة بعنوان "ثقافة الحوار فى تشكيل ملامح الشخصية" القاها الشيخ درناوى فرج على فرج امام وخطيب ومدرس بادارة اوقاف حلايب، قائلا الحوار هو لغة التفاهم بين الناس، ولغة الرأى والرأى الآخر، بينما نفذت مكتبة الطفل والشباب بسفاجا محاضرة بعنوان "القراءة وتنمية الوعي" قدمها بركه فنجرى، وقال أن القراءة تؤهل عنصراً فعالا في تطوير المجتمع وارتقاء مستواه المعرفي والحضاري؛ هو ذلك الأثر الذي تتركه القراءة في حياة كل فرد في المجتمع، فهي عملياً تزيد من مستوى إنتاجية الفرد وتفاعله، وتعاطفه ووعيه، وهذا سينعكس حتماً على المجتمع بقدرته على التفاعل الإيجابي، ونبذ التطرف والانحراف، فالقراءة أداة حقيقية لتنمية الفرد والمجتمع معاً
قدم قصر ثقافة رأس غارب محاضرة عن القراءة للاطفال لتثقيفهم وتفتح أذهانهم وتوسيع قدراتهم العقلية ولزيادة الوعي لديهم، وذلك من خلال اقامة يوم مفتوح متنوع بالقراءة والاطلاع لعدد من القصص بقاعة الطفل، بجانب تنفيذ ورشة فنون تشكيلية للأطفال باستخدام الوان الفايبر كاسل ورسم طائرة ورقية وحمامة عن طريق تحويل الارقام لاشكال فنية، كما قدم بعض الاطفال مواهب فنية لهم منها موهبة إلقاء الشعر وكذلك الغناء، بينما نفذ قصر ثقافة أبو رماد ورشة اكتشاف مواهب من ابناء القرية وعمل مسابقة ثقافية بينهم، بالاضافة رسم حر من وحى الطبيعة مع صلاح محمود

The Halayeb Culture Palace broadcast a lecture entitled "The Culture of Dialogue in Forming Characteristics" delivered by Sheikh Dernawi Farag Ali Farag, an imam, preacher and teacher at the Halayeb Endowment Administration, saying dialogue is the language of understanding between people, and the language of opinion and other opinion, while the Children and Youth Library in Safaga carried out a lecture entitled "Reading". The development of awareness” was presented by Baraka Fangari, who said that reading qualifies as an effective element in developing society and raising its level of knowledge and civilization. It is the impact that reading has on the life of every individual in society, as it practically increases the level of individual productivity, interaction, sympathy and awareness, and this will inevitably reflect on society with its ability to positively interact, and reject extremism and deviation, as reading is a real tool for the development of the individual and society together.
The Ras Ghareb Culture Palace presented a lecture on reading for children to educate them, open their minds, expand their mental abilities and increase their awareness, through a diverse open day of reading and reviewing a number of stories in the children’s hall, in addition to implementing a plastic arts workshop for children using Fiber Castle colors and drawing a kite and a pigeon through Converting numbers into artistic forms, and some children presented artistic talents to them, including the talent of reciting poetry as well as singing, while the Abu Ramad Culture Palace carried out a workshop to discover talents from the people of the village and held a cultural competition among them, in addition to free drawing from nature with Salah Mahmoud
