*وكان هدف التدريب عمل دراسة للمجتمعات واحتياجتهم ومواردهم وعمل خطة لاستمرار العمل التنموى بالجهود الذاتية  استناداً على الموارد المتاحة من علاقات المتطوعين عن طريق مجموعات العمل.

*وقام الفريق بعرض قصص النجاح ودراستها وكيفية كتابتها وصياغتها .

*وختم التدريب بعروض مجموعات العمل من قصص نجاح وخطة استمرارية لمجتماعتهم والمعارف والمهارات التى اكتسابوها  والخروج بمسودة خطط للاستمرارية بالمجتمعات والمناطق المشاركة.

The Empowerment and Sustainability Program is integrating with the Human Resources Development Program.

* Conducting a refresher training on "continuity of development work" for the sectors of Greater Cairo, the Delta, the Canal Cities and North Upper Egypt at Saint Verena's House in Alexandria.

* The goal of the training was to conduct a study of the communities, their needs and resources, and to make a plan for the continuation of development work by self-effort, based on the resources available from volunteer relations through work groups.

The team presented and studied success stories and how to write and formulate them

* The training was concluded with presentations by working groups of success stories, a continuity plan for their societies, the knowledge and skills they acquired, and draft continuity plans for the participating communities and regions.
