برعاية د. إيناس عبد الدايم وزيرة الثقافة، اختتمت الهيئة العامة لقصور الثقافة برئاسة المخرج هشام عطوة، فعاليات المهرجان الختامى لفرق الأقاليم المسرحية فى دورته ال 45 والتى تم إهدائها لروح الفنان الراحل والمخرج الكبير عبد الرحمن الشافعى، الذى نظمته الإدارة المركزية للشئون الفنية برئاسة الفنان أحمد الشافعى من خلال الإدارة العامة للمسرح برئاسة محمد جابر بالتعاون مع قطاعات الوازرة وذلك على مسرح مركز الهناجر للفنون، بدأت الفعاليات بتكريم رئيس الهيئة لأعضاء لجنة التحكيم المكونة من د. هدى وصفى، المخرج القدير ناصر عبد المنعم، الناقد جرجس شكرى، دكتور وحيد السعدنى، الموسيقار أحمد حمدى رؤوف، حيث شاهدت اللجنة تسع وعشرين عرضا مسرحيا في دورة استثنائية للمهرجان، والتى زاد عدد العروض فيها من 18 إلي 29 عرضا مسرحيا، والذى أقيم خلال الفترة من 3 :21 يونيو الجارى على مسرح مركز الهناجر للفنون ومسرح د. نهاد صليحة بأكاديمية الفنون.
أوضح جرجس شكرى أن اللجنة لم يكن أمامها في ظل ثبات أعداد الجوائز إلا مناصفة بعض الجوائز، ومنح شهادت تقدير للبعض، بالإضافة إلى جوائز لجنة التحكيم الخاصة لتحقيق العدالة ومكافأة كل المتميزين، وأن عروض المهرجان تدل على ثراء الحركة المسرحية في الأقاليم التي لمسنا من خلالها رغبة كبيرة في الانفتاح على الحركة المسرحية العالمية ومواكبة التيارات الحديثة، بالإضافة إلى التنوع في الاختيارات بين النصوص المصرية والعربية والأجنبية، كما أعلن أن اللجنة توصي بالاهتمام بورش تدريب الممثل وعناصر العرض المسرحي الأخرى، حتى يتحقق الهدف المنشود من أجل تنمية هذه المواهب الواعد، أعقب ذلك أعلان د. هدى وصفى جوائز المهرجان وجاءت كالتالي:
اولا: شهادات التقدير، منى شكرى "قصر ثقافة دمنهور"، عبدالناصر أحمد "الفرقة القومية أسيوط" وذلك في مجال الديكور ، عبدالله رحال"الفرقة القومية الغربية"، يحيى عز "قصر ثقافة الجيزة" وذلك في مجال الموسيقى، مريم صفوت "فرقة أسيوط القومية"، مرام جمال "فرقة ملوى" وذلك في مجال التمثيل، المخرج معتز مدحت "قصر ثقافة الإسماعيلية".
ثانيا: جائزة الأداء الجماعى لعرض "طار فوق عش الوقواق" لقصر ثقافة حلوان.
ثالثا: جائزة لجنة التحكيم الخاصة لعرض" الأحدب عن أحدب نوتردام" لقصر ثقافة الجيزة.
رابعا: جوائز الأشعار، حصل على المركز الأول مناصفة كل من مسعود شومان "فرقة أسيوط القومية" ، صفاء البيلى "فرقة الغربية القومية"، أما المركز الثانى فحصلت عليه مروة قنديل وأحمد الدمنهورى "فرقة البحيرة القومية، بينما حصل على المركز الثالث مناصفة كل من أسامة سعد "فرقة بيت ثقافة طامية" وإكرام بشرى" فرقة ملوى ".
خامسا: جوائز الألحان، حصل على المركز الأول مناصفة كل من رفيق يوسف" قصر ثقافة الإسماعيلية"، محمد نشأت" فرقة كفر الشيخ القومية"، بينما حصل على المركز الثاني محمد شحاته "فرقة الإسكندرية القومية"، أما المركز الثالث فحصل عليه محمد عبدالوهاب" فرقة الشرقية القومية".
سادسا: جوائز التمثيل نساء، حصلت على المركز الأول فاطمة أحمد "قصر ثقافة الأنفوشي"، أما المركز الثانى فحصل عليه مناصفة كل من نانسي نبيل "قصر ثقافة حلوان"، سهر عثمان "قصر ثقافة الزقازيق، بينما حصل على المركز الثالث مناصفة كل من نيفين جلال ورنا خالد" فرقة الشرقية القومية".
سابعا: جوائز التمثيل رجال، حصل على المركز الأول مناصفة كل من مصطفى عاطف "فرقة أسيوط القومية"، وائل زكى "فرقة الشرقية القومية"، بينما حصل على المركز الثاني مناصفة كل من أحمد الرفاعي "فرقة كفر الشيخ القومية"، أحمد الشاذلى "قصر ثقافة الإسماعيلية"، أما المركز الثالث فحصل عليه مناصفة كل من محمد صفوت وعبدالرحمن جميل "فرقة كفر الشيخ القومية".
ثامنا: جوائز السينوجرافيا، حصل على المركز الأول شاكر خليل "فرقة الشرقية القومية"، بينما حصل على المركز الثاني مناصفة كل من أحمد أبو الحسن "فرقة كفر الشيخ القومية"، د. دينا عزيز "قصر ثقافة الأنفوشي"، أما المركز الثالث فحصل عليه شادى شاكر "قصر ثقافة الزقازيق".
تاسعا: جوائز النص، حصل على المركز الأول محمد على "فرقة الشرقية القومية"، بينما حصل على المركز الثاني سعيد حجاج "فرقة ملوى"، أما المركز الثالث فحصل عليه السيد فهيم "فرقة الفيوم القومية.
عاشرا: جوائز الإخراج، حصل على المركز الأول عمرو الرفاعي "فرقة كفر الشيخ القومية"، بينما حصل على المركز الثاني محمد علی " فرقة الشرقية القومية"، أما المركز الثالث فحصل عليه سامح الحضري" قصر تقانة الأنفوشي.
الحادي عشر: جائزة أفضل عرض، حصل على المركز الأول عرض" طقوس الإشارات والتحولات" لفرقة كفر الشيخ القومية، أما المركز الثاني فحصل عليه عرض" دوار البحر" لفرقة الشرقية القومية، بينما حصل على المركز الثالث عرض "الغاوي" لفرقة قصر ثقافة الأنفوشي.

Sponsored by Dr. Inas Abdel Dayem, Minister of Culture, the General Authority for Culture Palaces, headed by director Hisham Atwa, concluded the activities of the closing festival for theatrical troupes of the regions in its 45th session, which was dedicated to the spirit of the late artist and great director Abdel Rahman El-Shafei, organized by the Central Administration for Artistic Affairs headed by artist Ahmed El-Shafei through The General Administration of Theater, headed by Muhammad Jaber, in cooperation with the sectors of the Ministry, on the stage of the Hanager Arts Center, the events began with the honoring of the Chairman of the Authority for the members of the jury consisting of Dr. Hoda Wasfi, the able director Nasser Abdel Moneim, critic Gerges Shoukry, Dr. Waheed Al-Saadani, musician Ahmed Hamdi Raouf, where the committee watched twenty-nine theatrical performances in an exceptional session of the festival, in which the number of performances increased from 18 to 29 theatrical performances, which were held during the period From 3:21 of June this year on the stage of the Hanager Arts Center and the theater of Dr. Nohad Saliha at the Academy of Arts.
Gerges Shoukry explained that the committee, in light of the stability of the number of prizes, had no choice but to divide some prizes, and award certificates of appreciation to some, in addition to the special prizes of the jury to achieve justice and reward all the distinguished, and that the festival’s performances indicate the richness of the theatrical movement in the regions through which we felt the desire Great openness to the international theatrical movement and keeping pace with modern trends, in addition to the diversity of choices between Egyptian, Arab and foreign texts. First: Certificates of appreciation, Mona Shoukry, “Damanhour Culture Palace”, Abdel Nasser Ahmed “Assiut National Band” in the field of decoration, Abdullah Rahal “Western National Band”, Yahya Ezz “Giza Culture Palace” in the field of music, Maryam Safwat “Assiut Band” The Nationality”, Maram Gamal, “Malawi Troupe”, in the field of acting, directed by Moataz Medhat, “Ismailia Culture Palace”.
Second: The collective performance award for the show “Fly Over the Cuckoo’s Nest” for Helwan Culture Palace.
Third: Special Jury Prize for the show “The Hunchback of Notre Dame” for Giza Palace of Culture.
Fourth: Poetry Awards: Masoud Shoman “Assiut National Band” won first place, and Safaa Al-Baili “Gharbia National Band”, while Marwa Kandil and Ahmed Al-Damanhoury “Al-Buhaira National Band” won second place, while third place was shared equally by: Osama Saad "Tamiya Culture House Band" and Ikram Bushra "Malawi Band".
Fifth: The melodies awards. The first place went to Rafiq Youssef, "Ismailia Culture Palace", Mohamed Nashaat, "Kafr El-Sheikh National Troupe", while Mohamed Shehata "Alexandria National Troupe" took second place, and Mohamed Abdel-Wahhab won the third place. Eastern National Band.
Sixth: Acting awards for women, first place was won by Fatima Ahmed "Al-Anfoushi Culture Palace", while the second place was won jointly by Nancy Nabil, "Helwan Culture Palace", "Sahar Othman" "Zagazig Culture Palace", while the third place was shared equally by Nevin. Jalal and Rana Khaled "Al Sharqiya National Band".
Seventh: Male acting awards. The first place was won by Mostafa Atef “Assiut National Troupe”, Wael Zaki “Al-Sharqiya National Troupe”, while Ahmed Al-Refai “Kafr El-Sheikh National Troupe” and Ahmed Al-Shazly “Qasr” won the second place. Tenth: Directing Awards. Amr Al-Rifai won first place for "Kafr El-Sheikh National Band", while Muhammad Ali "Al-Sharqiya National Band" won second place, and the third place was won by Sameh Al-Hadary, "Taqna Al-Anfoushi Palace."
Eleventh: Best Show Award. The “Rituals of Signs and Transformations” show by the Kafr El-Sheikh National Troupe won first place, while the second place was won by the “Seaward Circle” show by Al Sharqiya National Troupe, while the “Al Ghawi” performance by Al Anfoushi Culture Palace troupe won third place.
